Here we go.

Happy Adar, everybody. Adar is supposed to be the happiest month in our calendar. Adar even has a motto: “When Adar comes, joy is increased.” Maybe it has something to do with Adar being the month for Purim. Maybe it has to do with the fact that, in this hemisphere, Adar brings us to the edge of Spring. Whatever the case, you can ask anybody, I love a good excuse to be joyful.

I’m writing this on Tuesday and the windows have been thrown wide open, as they were on Monday. I keep forgetting that 45 degrees may feel like a rush of Spring after a few weeks of single digit weather but 45 degrees is still some ways away from 68 degrees and warmer. So, after letting the fresh air (and the cold) inside the house, I put on my sweater and wandered from room to room shutting the windows again. Oh, well. To everything a season.

Chodesh Tov, Khaveyrim. And may Adar be filled with many happy moments for you and yours.

And may it be for all of us a blessing.

See you tonight!
Mit vareme grusn,
(With warm regards,)

All my love,
brian.
